This is group training 2 times per week with 1 private session per month.

You will get the benefits of group training while also having that alone time once a month to really discuss YOUR GOALS and make that hour all about you!

I have noticed that sometimes people will hold back questions in a small group or they actually start putting the rest of the group ahead of themselves! Having this time once a month will ensure that you are getting all of you questions addressed, and make sure you are getting the results that YOU WANT!
