At Pulse we are teachers of nutrition and our goal is to educate you about food so you can learn how to make educated food choices on your own.

We will teach you:

  • How to assess the nutritional quality of food using the food label
  • All of the marketing and labeling tricks
  • How to take items you love and make them healthier
  • What types of foods to eat
  • How much you need to eat
  • New Recipes and how to experiment on your own

On the second Saturday of the month you will be able to attend our cooking demo. Where we will teach you how to prepare different meals, cut vegetables, and learn how to save time and money at the grocery store. This is a huge benefit that is included in all of our training options!

Along with all of this, we will monitor all of your food using and online food journal. This allows for us to identify any habits that you may have. Provide you with strategies to break the habits. This is also the best way for us to see how much of everything you are eating.
